More Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
